Atmosphere is nice. The hosts at the entrance were very nice as well. My main critique was that my medium rare steak was almost well done...hardly any pink. The Oscar lobster on top of it had very little lobster and what was there had a strong taste of fish not lobster. The steak and lobster were the most important part of the meal. When i mentioned it to the server i didn't receive an apology or even a reply that she'd tell the cook. At $42 i would have appreciated an apology at least.
Food was excellent. The BLT Burger was a cohesive, fine flavour. Atmosphere overall was relaxed and felt sophisticated, except for the music. Staff were professional, not in-your-face, and friendly.The only criticism worth noting is that their music was basic top 100 pop music. Something more relaxing and again, sophisticated such as R&B or Lo-Fi would bring it up to that next level of memorability.Either way, absolutely recommend.
Excellent! The server was super knowledgeable about the gluten free menu and when she wasn't sure asked for us. The food was awesome! First place we have found gf calamari and it was awesome. The special sauce I found a bit too pickle tasting but that is a preference. Everyone was friendly and great with us and the covid rules were followed amazing.
This was my first time at Filosophi since they opened their doors. I went with a couple of friends and had a wonderful time. The food, drinks and service was fabulous! Azur was our server who was amazing, helpful and someone I would highly recommend asking for if you are booking a table their. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!
