If you want to have ruined your day then go there. We stopped for lunch while skiing, first heared we are on her way (while putting wet gloves next to the fireplace) and she kept on repeating it for 1 minute getting more and more agressive and rude towards us. Then we heared its all reserved (while there were no reservation boards on the tables and it was plenty of empty spots). I have never came across such a rude behaviour.

WE only stopped in here for hot chocolate but were unimpressed by the very grumpy lady who served us. THen, when other customers sat at our table to share the space she had a go at them for not checking with her that it was ok-it didn't bother us! We wouldn't go back simply because we did not feel especially welcome-the other three places that are in close proximity to this place were much nicer, friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly staff!! Even against children. I really don't have good words for their service. I have no idea why, but I would ask you all not to spend your money in this restaurant! My friends wanted to go without paying. The staff complained about everything... kid wake up on gloves on the sofa eating on the table... none of them smiled. The cook is really unfriendly.... Book a table now

The restaurant is on a ski mountain and the owner has thrown us out twice because we have snow on our jackets. The hot chocolate tastes like something else brown. And also coffee. There is no hand soap in the toilets and there is nothing to dry your hands. If I could give this place a minus point, I would. The staff is very rude.

The service was very bad, the waitress was very restless and hastened every order. They were very rude. We ordered five meals that we received within a few minutes, they were very with egg yolk and eggshells in it. I do not recommend visiting this place. There is a good restaurant nearby.

Worst service ever! After asking the second time for a bill (after waiting 40 minutes) the waiter yelled at me. Generally, the servive was horrible and unfriendly. Nie wieder! Personal war sehr sehr unfreundlich.Ich habe nie so schlecht behandelt worden.

Stopped in here for a bite to eat whilst exploring the ski area. Plenty of basic options and not overpriced compared to others. Lots of options for seating with deck chairs and rugs to keep you warm. Views are second to none over the valley below. Book a table now

There were several vegetarian options at this cafe which is very unusual for Austria. Food was nice as well.
