For appetizers, we tried the Bang Bang cauliflower and the lobster mac and cheese, both of which are must-tries! Every dish truly deserves 5 stars for flavor! The Bang Bang cauliflower was coated in a delightful sweet chili sauce, while the mac and cheese was rich and decadent—exactly as it should be! For our main courses, we ordered swordfish and salmon. Both were uniquely delicious, but I'd say the salmon was the standout. It was glazed with a fantastic sweet Asian BBQ sauce that I couldn't get enough of! I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my experience this time. Overall, Fins is an average restaurant. Unfortunately, the service has declined over the past few years. During my recent visit, I ordered the $46 seafood paella, which was said to include lobster, shrimp, mussels, calamari, and chorizo. To my disappointment, the dish contained none of the lobster or shrimp; instead, it was filled with cheaper ingredients. I mentioned this to our server before digging in, but they didn’t have much to say. Food was ok, waiters stared picking unfinished appetizers super fast without asking if we are thinking to take it home When we noticed that and mentioned they did not seem too pleased about it and didn’t hide it When I was eating the leftover shrimp the next day was plenty left) I realized it was mixed with cauliflower which would be ok if we had it left on the table i only saw the shrimp that was left.. who’s cauliflower was i eating??? Gross that alone makes me not wanting to come back here anymore I was there a few years ago and have to say the service went downhill
The restaurant has an appealing ambiance and the staff is friendly, although they occasionally seem to rush you. While I'm willing to pay New York City prices for exceptional food, the offerings here didn't quite live up to those expectations. The oysters were good, but the octopus was uninspiring. However, the side dish that accompanied it was excellent. The seven-spice big eye tuna was enjoyable, and the Thai rice was just average. Book a table now

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and atmosphere are fantastic. The owner is incredibly kind and ensures that every visit is a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place!
I visited again and everything was perfect! The calamari was cooked just right this time, and the new herb-rubbed Scottish salmon is fantastic! I hope it becomes a regular item on the menu.
