Finca La Vega - Table reservation

After we made a long trip from the england to celebrate the high time of a good friend, we found with great frustration that the chefs of the la vega either have no imagination or do not take into account the requirements of vegetarian guests. it may not have been. a very common question for them, but I think they have a professional duty to seek at least the internet for some recipes for the occasion. we were offered as appetizers gazpacho with garnelen, we complain that we do not eat fish or meat and offer them to remove the garnish and to us the gazpacho! I chose the special menu, first they put us an appetizer, the entrances were a table of Iberians and chrome of house, very good the two entrances, and second rice with very delicious bogavante, we arrived so happy that we returned a couple of days later to try other things of the letter, and we ordered shrimp to garlic, eggs broken with Iberian ham and mixed paella, all spectacular notice
