Fiola Mare In Wash

I brought a friend here, he was visiting from Calabria, Italia. We had the best time. He enjoyed the food, he said it was true Italian. The atmosphere was perfect, the staff is attentive, lovely and so professional. My friend doesn’t speak English- only Italian so it was an absolute delight to meet and chat with chef Matteo and learn that he and my friend are from the same region in Italy, in towns 20 minutes from each other. It was delightful. We enjoyed Monkey 47 gin and tonics at the bar. At our table we had a seafood tower, burrata, and a white wine selected by our waiter. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for events. It is perfectly situated in front of the water and right next to a green park over looking the water. DO NOT MISS THE DESERTS. Genuinely some of the best I have had. They had a good price range as well with dishes ranging from 28 to 120$. Definitely able to get high quality food worth the price tag. You can spend from 50$ a person to upward of 200$ if you buy the caviar a mound other things. Enjoy the ambiance and food the servers were so kind. Its definitely a must try!

Twas my birthday and I enjoyed every bit of it..apparently...fiola is my favorite restaurant...will come again and again and again
