Was back in Konigstein last week and visited a local favorite, Fiorentino's. Last visit was in May where I hosted my friends and family for a spectacular birthday dinner. The staff there pulled out all stops to make the experience one to remember. This visit...was for a casual lunch with friends where I was pleased to find a set lunch menu. Prices were very attractive with no compromise on quality, service, or attention to detail. I enjoyed a delicious tomato soup followed by perfectly cooked pasta.....rarely found outside Italy.
Great food. Fiorentino is really one of the top Italian restaurants. The informal, friendly service, as well as the ambience make the restaurant something special. We order four of them all appetizers. These alone are always a pleasure. With the main foods you have the torment of choice, but will never be disappointed. Thank you.
Mario, Anja and the entire team are not only very great hosts, the whole concept of Fiorentino invites you to feel good and enjoy! Particularly recommended are excellent premium quality, especially fish and day dishes as well as the lunch table. Thanks for many nice evenings!
