I ordered a medium hamburger, but when I received it, it was raw and I had waited for an hour for delivery. When I complained, they were hesitant to give me a new burger. I had to return the raw burger and they still argued with me instead of trying to make things right. Despite this, they have many customers now. I wish they had seen the burger before serving it to me.
I order a hamburger medium and when I got it was raw (1hr waiting for delivery). I called to complain they almost didn't want to give me a new burger. I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. Every time I get the ribs and chicken combo, the portions of meat keep getting smaller. They never include any sauces either. It’s a shame because the food tastes good, but the portion sizes are really disappointing.
Food tastes great but they always forget to include the extra bbq sauce I pay $0.25 for. These guys are stealing money from their customers! I'm forced to use Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce every time. Pay attention to details, Fire Pit! Book a table now
