I am so happy Fire Point opened here! Garwood needed a superb yoga studio, and Jasmine has delivered. The varied levels of class offer something for everyone, and the Fire Flow is a perfect balance of strength, stretch, and breathing. I took an early Saturday class with Jasmine, and she led us through an awesome vinyasa flow and offered cold towels at the end of class. Can’t wait to keep coming back!
I recently visited a newly opened yoga studio and juice bar that launched in January 2022, and I must say it’s the cutest place! The staff is incredibly friendly. I took my first yoga class there this morning, and Jasmine was wonderfully kind and an excellent teacher. I ended up purchasing a yoga package and will definitely be returning!
I had my first yoga session today, and it was absolutely fantastic. I really needed it after some tough days at work. I appreciated the calming atmosphere and the delightful aromas in the studio. I left feeling completely centered and empowered. I will definitely recommend this to others! Jasmine is truly remarkable!

Always come here Tuesdays after my workout. Delicious shakes and juices. Always cater for you if you want to add or substitute things. And the staff always super friendly. Would recommend 100% and why I always come back.
This studio is really charming, and the instructors are fantastic! It's the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys hot yoga.
