This place has really gone downhill. Over the past 6-12 months, I’ve noticed that the wings have more fat, less sauce, and lack flavor. The wait times have also increased, and the staff seems indifferent to the customers. During my last few visits, I saw several employees (around 4-5) sitting and chatting while many people waited in line. I understand that finding good employees can be challenging, but management needs to step in and maintain order; otherwise, this place won’t last. When you first opened, I genuinely loved this place. Trends come and go, and there are plenty of competitors ready to take your spot. I have a high tolerance for issues and pay good money for dining out each week...
I ordered 40 wings yesterday and they gave me the wrong wings. I came home was really disappointed/neared that they were wrong, I went back and they totally ignored me since they had just closed. I just wanted either my money back or my wings it was super frustrating as I had to go somewhere else to buy something else for 2 of people who did not eat the wings they had given us. Would it? ve was nice if they were? ve at least came out to talk to me instead of totally ignore me.
Edit: I don’t know what changed, but the sauce on the fire wings was not as good during my last visit. Additionally, I received some undersized wings in a to-go order—seriously, compare that to the quarter I placed next to it for size reference. Disappointing. I enjoyed talking with the owner during my first visit, and I hope he sees this. I’m dropping my rating from five stars to three immediately.

Everything about my order was perfect. The staff was amazing, friendly and fast. Appreciate them restoring my faith in doordash. Everywhere else sucks
The parmesan flavor is one of my favorites. Can't go wrong with 60 pieces. Everybody gets their favorite. This selection also offers plenty of sides.
The location is not ideal. The lemon pepper wings lacked seasoning, and the ranch dressing was too watery. Additionally, the fries were not fresh.
The fire fries were soggy and had very little blue cheese. However, the garlic fries were quite good. The chili cheese tots were just average. Book a table now
Overall, it's quite good! It could use a bit more seasoning, but it will always be my favorite place for wings!
