Nice restaurant with good service. We went for dinner on a Monday evening and they were not very busy, so we were seated right away. Our waitress told us that wine is half price on Mondays so we each had a Riesling which was very good. My wife really enjoyed her prime rib with scalloped potatoes. I had the baby back ribs. They were pretty good, but they had A LOT of BBQ sauce on them, which made them really messy. Our bill was just under $90. before the gratuity. I’ve never tasted anything bad from Firebirds. For this price point it is a very good restaurant. Plenty of staff and good service.
