I started my meal off with the Apple Cider Tamed Mule and it was delicious. I never thought to add apple cider instead of cranberry juice and I've definitely been missing out. I opted to try the blt salad with cilantro lime vinaigrette. They didn't skimp on the bacon bits or the tomatoes. The cilantro lime vinaigrette was not lacking on the lime taste and it was great!! They also bring out fresh sourdough bread and butter for you to enjoy. The butter melted instantly. Only thing missing is honey butter!! I had the Pineapple Chicken with baked potato for dinner. This is hands down the best chicken!!! The pineapple honey chile glaze steals the show. It's so sweet and the chicken was so tender...

Best steak I have ever had. Cooked to perfection and every bite was so tender. I had been to a Firebirds in Maryland and it was really good so when I saw one in Lees Summit I had to visit. The mixed green salad was pretty delish also. Service was average but more the server maybe rather than the norm. Just lacked personality and it seemed she just was going through the motions. Maybe just a bad day for her. But I will definitely be back.

Excellent menu choices with vegetarian choices. I had the Impossible burger and our party shared appetizers including a crab cheese dip that was excellent. Our group visited for mothers day brunch, and also enjoyed mimosas and **** marys. This restaurant is pricey $21 for Impossible burger) but good service and nice ambiance proved it worthy of a splurge.

This is a great edition to the Lee's Summit culinary scene. The food was superb and the service was on point. Started with the Pineapple Aqua Fresca. We had the onion rings, pineapple chicken and Colorado chicken salad. We finished with a delicious piece of lemon cake.
