very disrespectful staff , new guy doesn’t know how to take a food order , and the rest of the staff blames you when the food comes out wrong. was told multiple times that my order was wrong because they couldn’t understand me on the phone, meanwhile the guy that took my order is trying to fix someone’s else order he messed up . I have been here plenty of times before since I’ve lived in town for the past 14 years , and the staff as always been a little rough around the edges but never disrespectful like today ….. I guess I’ll take my hard earned money somewhere where they appreciate it
I had a really unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff member was quite rude; she actually told me to "lose my attitude." I was really unhappy with the food—it was not good at all. This is by far the worst place I've visited in Blue Point. The service was terrible, and the staff were unfriendly. Also, their drink selection is very limited for paying customers. They never have bagels available, which is disappointing. I definitely won't be returning or spending my money here again! Save your time and money—avoid this place.
Really good food it's all homemade which is hard to come by nowadays. Good menu selection and you can make up your own style sandwich/ food as well. Burgers are great good value for the price. Also is a g.f.z gwarnar free zone) which really brings piece of mind!!
I ordered 2 egg sandwiches when I left my house and they were just finished when I arrived. It only takes me 3 minutes to get there. The order was correct and the sandwich were really good. They also checked me out promptly. I was really happy.

This deli is a staple in Blue Point. It's a great deli that has been here as long as I can remember, which in itself speaks volumes. Always a friendly, professional and experienced staff. Truly one of the best around.??????????

I've always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but this visit was particularly special since I was back home in New York with my family. The food is consistently great!
The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and they offer a wide selection of items. It's my preferred stop before boarding the Sayville Ferry.
