I don't have much to say about my experience at this restaurant. I was quite disappointed with the sub I ordered. I had requested the Engineer sub, but the cashier mistakenly noted my order as the New York Steamer. I'm not sure how that mix-up happened, but thankfully, it was caught before I paid and they began preparing my order.
The Engineer sub consists of smoked turkey breast with Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard. I ordered it large and asked for no mayo. I didn’t order anything else, just the one sub. The wait time was around eight minutes. I was initially excited, thinking I was about to enjoy an amazing sub, but it turned out to be quit...
I ordered online and waited 25 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time for my meal, which was ready. The delay was due to the staff not recognizing me or following the online order pick-up procedures. The service was quite slow, and customer service was lacking. While the sandwiches were good, I would likely choose to order from a different place in the future.
I found a fingernail in my food during my visit on Thursday, May 19, 2022. If you're thinking it might be lettuce, trust me, it definitely isn't—I found it in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting! Whoever lost it must have known; there was a significant amount of flesh attached to the nail, which suggests they were bleeding.
Very helpful and friendly staff as this was my first time visiting a Firehouse Subs restaurant. The first bite of my Italian sub was delicious. Hot fresh tasty just so good. I would highly recommend a d definitely be a return customer.

Best sub ever! Seriously amazing, way I mean waaaay better than jimmy johns or subway. Definitely tey. Hot subs are hot, juicy, flavorful and fast. There goes my diet! :p
