Unfortunately, when we got home (a 15-minute drive), we discovered our food was incorrect. My daughter specifically asked for NO sweet mustard on her Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich, but it was included. Additionally, my Italian Grilled Chicken salad was missing both the salami and the cucumbers. It was too far for us to drive back to have the order corrected, especially since the employee behind the counter informed my daughter that they were closing soon and suggested we take our order to go. We would appreciate some compensation for the incorrect and missing items.

I've visited Firehouse Subs a couple of times over the last four years. Sadly, my most recent experience was disappointing because the service was lacking—the staff seemed distracted and spent more time chatting than helping customers, which was frustrating. The food also fell short; it arrived lukewarm with soggy bread, indicating it wasn't fresh. Overall, the visit felt more like dining at a typical fast-food place rather than a premium restaurant.

I ordered from DoorDash and had some modifications for my meal. While they did make the changes I requested, everything still arrived really sandy. I was only offered a $2 refund from DoorDash, which is disappointing considering that I paid $13 for the sandwich. I was really looking forward to trying this place since I've heard so many good things about it, but this experience left me quite dissatisfied.
I?ve had subs before, but for the best hot pastrami sub I?ve ever had in the 51yrs of my life, you?ve gotta try a FireHouse Sub!! As a retired firefighter These guys donate to our local fire departments!! So, not only do you get the best sub of your life, your supporting your local firefighters!! Keep up the great work guys gals, I?ll now be one of your regulars!!
I tried the sub sandwiches from this place for the first time, and they were fantastic! The bread was soft, the ingredients were fresh, and there was a generous portion of meat. I can confidently say they’re much better than Subway or Jimmy John’s! I’ll definitely return to sample more varieties of their sandwiches.
Easy sub shop chain in lacey. They have plenty of indoor seating. Nice atmosphere. Choose your own adventure drink machine, makes 90's kids suicide drinks more interesting.
