Firehouse makes some of my favorite subs and this place has friendly, hardworking people who always seem to try to be their best despite being short staff at times (see the norm in these times). I really don't like to reduce the reviews of a place based on things that are out of their control, and every time I go to this place, I see people behind the counter do their best to be friendly and as fast as possible. I appreciate her very much and always enjoy walking in. Be careful when you dive to lunch on a weekday when you are in a hurry, but not accuse the people behind the counter. They do their best. I love the subs at Firehouse and the staff at this location are always friendly and hardworking. Even when they are short-staffed, they always try their best to provide fast and friendly service. I appreciate their efforts and always enjoy my visits. It can get busy during lunchtime on weekdays, so be prepared for a wait. This location is one of my favorites in ABQ, second only to the one in Cottonwood. If you haven't tried their subs yet, ask the staff for recommendations based on your preferences. Like so many fast food joints today they failed to get the order correct. How hard is it to read the ticket? I simply ordered a childs Turkey, lettuce, tomatoe and mayo. What did I get? Bread and turkey! NOTHING ELSE. Found out when it was delivered at home.Then the manager wanted to know if I wanted to burn more gas and drive across town so they could make it right.Gey it right the first time. Start by firing the kid who can not read.

When we asked if we could dine in we were told that since there were only three employees, they were notallowing dine-in and maybe even considering closing early (posted time 9pm). The crew here is AWESOME! They go the extra mile to make the order right and the experience great! Store is clean and comfortable to be in. There is a noticeable difference from what it used to be. Thanks guys!

We were waiting immediately and politely. The sandwiches were well prepared and the dining area was spacious and clean.
