I had the pleasure of dining in for brunch and found the food to be absolutely fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5 for its taste and quality. The prices were very reasonable, falling between $1 and $10 per person. The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful as well, creating a pleasant ambiance that also deserves a 5. However, I was disappointed with the service, which only received a rating of 2. Despite the service issues, I highly recommend trying the Club on a Sub—it was truly outstanding!

This is my second visit to this restaurant, and both times my sandwich was made incorrectly. With only a 30-minute lunch break, I don’t have time to go back and fix their mistakes. I won’t be returning here or to any other location in the chain, as my experience has been very disappointing. I would much rather go to Subway, Jersey Mike's, Sub Station II, or any other place before coming back here.
I've visited several Firehouse Subs locations, but this one is by far the best. My orders are always accurate, and I trust that any issues would be handled promptly. The manager is outstanding, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly too! Don't forget to try their amazing sugar cookies; they’re a must-try!

The staff was friendly and attentive. For takeout dinner, the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the New York Steamer and the Philly Cheese Steak.
Make sure to try the Hook and Ladder! They also have a Freestyle Coke machine, which is a nice feature. Additionally, there's free parking available. However, I do wish they offered hot sauce bottles.
