What bummed me out today I asked for a Medium Coke and the trainer didn't understand me so I left without a drink. When ask I needed anything else. If they didn't understand they ask. I did add a tip and really regret it. I did a test with all the sub sandwich. Firehouse Sub was my number 1. Yep disappointed. Now I have to tell my friends to go to the other top 2 because it's touch and go if you get your full order.
Absolutely terrible location, customer service and staff. At 8:20 a.m., we were told that we were ONLY service COLD SUBS, with a beautiful Stank face. It's late, but you're open. This place needs an overhaul. Some people who want to be there.
