The staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming; they always seem genuinely pleased to see me. The owner is hands-on and frequently seen working alongside his team. With such outstanding service, one might expect the food to be secondary, but that's certainly not true—it's amazing! They prepare the best sandwiches at incredible speed. Well done!
The staff is extremely welcoming, incredibly friendly, and truly happy to see me every time I visit. The owner actively participates in the work, joining his team rather than just overseeing them. With such excellent service, the amazing food could almost take a backseat—but it doesn’t, because it’s exceptional and beautifully presented. Great job!
I paid extra for breadcrumbs on the mac and cheese, but not only were there none, the portion was barely half full. My sandwich was supposed to be fully dressed, but it only had lettuce. Meanwhile, my husband’s sandwich, which was supposed to have just lettuce, was fully dressed. For $35, I expected much better quality and accuracy.

I had to send the sandwiches back for a redo because I specifically asked for no mayo, but they ended up putting it on both sandwiches regardless.
I suggest they rethink their sandwich preparation. I wasn't asked if I wanted mayo, yet it was included on both sandwiches anyway.
