I stopped in here to get a quick bite for lunch and arrived early, before noon. They were not crowded so I was surprised that my sub took about 10 minutes to get me. I waited patiently because the people were so nice and they all greeted me behind the counter. My complaint is like, from an old Wendy?s commercial, where the old lady said, ?Where?s the beef!? There was no meat on my sub. Too bad because the taste was good but for the price, I expected more. Just look at the two pictures. One is of my sub with pebbles of beef. The other is a picture from the menu from which I ordered from. I won?t be back.
I often struggle to find something I truly enjoy here. The food is just average for me, and I found the portion sizes to be quite small. I ordered a medium sub, but it felt small compared to other sub shops. I suggest adding more peppers, onions, and other toppings to make the sandwich more satisfying and flavorful. It’s worth signing up for their rewards club, as you can get a free sub on your birthday each year, along with various vouchers and offers to get more value for your money. The staff was friendly, and the online ordering and pickup process was seamless. My dinner was ready right on time.
This was my first time here as I don't come to Mayfield often. I got their Philly Cheese Steak, chicken and dumplings soup and chips. The pickle was the best item. It was crunchy, not heavily brined and cold. The meat was chewy and saturated the bread. It was too soggy to eat. I had to peel off the bottom part. The soup was seasoned well, but they gave me mostly broth. There was only a literal spoonful of dumplings, chicken and veggies. Disappointed in the food but the service and atmosphere were wonderful.

Staff was friendly and online ordering and pickup was a breeze. Food was ready when promised.

Amazing!!!! I had turkey bacon ranch sub it was perfectly roasted outside but meat and bread warm and soft inside!!!! My friend had steak and cheese and felt like his sandwich!!! We will return soon!!!
I like ? this food spot and I find it to be a really good place for lunch fast paced. Everything I go I try something different and I'm never disappointed.
