Tried calling in an order an hour before they closed. No one answered. Ordered in person and said something to the employee about not answering the phone. I was told that after a certain time they wouldn't answer the phone anymore. I waited until the next day and spoke with their district manager and told her about my experience and that the manager seems to have a poor attitude. Told her they didn't have to worry about getting any more of my business. She really didn't care. She was only concerned with who told me that they wouldn't answer the phone, not worried about correcting the issue with the manager. Very disappointing and I won't be back. I hope others join me and this location goes...
Took 38 minutes to make 2 sandwiches!Didnt give me a receipt so that i could fill out the survey for corporate.While I sat and waited they made one guys sandwich wrong twice and admitted it out loud to each other then the third time they handed him someone elses sandwich and he left. They caught their mistake but that customer was already gone. Another customer was sitting in the back corner cussing about how long it was taking to get his sandwich. All in all I will be eating elsewhere.
I usually get an Italian sub once a week. My husband orders it with dressing on the side because if not the sandwich gets very soggy. They put the dressing on the sandwich and on the side. Very soggy!!! Half of the bun was a lot bigger than the other one. ????? Hardly any meat on it??? When I called about it the manager said it was right cause she made it herself. She was very unprofessional! Oh and this was 2nd week without a pickle.
This is the second time I have not gotten pepperoni on my pizza sub. I really enjoy firehouse but it is ridiculous that when ordering 2 subs they can't get it right. Also ordered raw onions they put caramelized on it. Wish they would do their jobs!!!!!!!
