The food at this restaurant can be delicious, but the staff at the location in northern Augusta gave the most lackluster greeting I have ever experienced. However, aside from that, this place is usually excellent. I will say that the server's attitude improved once the order was complete, and I was wished a great day on my way out.
Ticket times seemed a little long as empty the store was and my food was not brought to my table. Overall, the food was great as always and the staff was friendly. Sad Covid was gone with the hot sauce.
I ordered the New York steamer which had a variety of portion sizes to choose from - small, medium, and large. The options were great and the meal was delicious.
The hook and conductor submarine sandwich was delicious, and complimentary with the T-Mobile app.
