My family and I had a heartwarming experience at Firehouse Subs on Thursday. Despite the busy atmosphere,a kind brown kid with tattoos, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Not only did he generously give my child a Firehouse hat, but he was also giving out hats to other kids with a smile on his face. The food was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the exceptional staff for making our visit delightful. Highly recommend this location for both excellent service and scrumptious food!
Today was only my second visit, but will not be my last. My name, starting with A, got a free sub. Alex (I think was his name, it definitely started with A) was extremely pleasant, helpful and patient while I ordered. I sat and ate, he kept himself busy without seeming to be told and looked as though he took pride in the dining rooms cleanliness. He treated every customer that came in, and gave me a recommendation to try next time based on my feedback of my sub today. No picture, as I dug in as soon as I sat.
Yes, their subs are pricey, but this is my second time ordering from them, and I can never finish the entire sandwich. I always take the other half for lunch at work the next day, so it’s definitely not a waste of money! Plus, the kids' combo is just right for my six-year-old!
I visited in the middle of the afternoon, and the restaurant was quite busy with only three staff members on duty. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my sub, which was over-toasted and tasted bland. I should have just thrown away the $20 I spent!

The Firehouse Steak Cheese was absolutely the best! All the options were really delicious! I would love to see a family pack bundle that offers some savings, making it more affordable for families who want to order multiple subs to one home.
First time going and I don't know who does the hiring but your staff is AMAZING! The fellow on cash is efficient, friendly, and knows his stuff forwards and backwards! Excellent service all around and great food to boot! Continued success!!

Oh my goodness, the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket was incredible! I've heard great things about Firehouse Subs, and they certainly lived up to the hype! This is officially my new favorite spot for subs!

Everything is usually great, just wish it was a little bit easier to customize the sub.
