I came in one time and order a large sub I ate one half and in the other half there was a very long blonde hair. I call and the manager response was ?don?t know how that got in there we wear hats? as if I was lying. Fast forward to today and the lady taking my order obviously had an attitude and kept on interrupting me when I was trying to speak. Then proceeded to talk about me with her coworker saying I snatched the receipt out of her hand (which was not the case). I love firehouse but their attitudes at this location are ridiculous.
Whoever owns this franchise needs to councel, retrain, and or terminate the entire staff at this location. Staff are rude, lack attention to details, and are completely unprofessional in regards to professional appearance and ability to work with customers. At the time of this posting, there was no management to be found to oversea thr staff. Pass on this location and do business with someone who genuinely cares about your business.
This was my first encounter with Firehouse Subs, and a long overdue one. I chose a medium steak and cheese sub and was very impressed with the taste and quality. So much so that I returned two days later for another one. Eventually I plan to try all oftheir offerings. This Firehouse Subs is now my go to place for a quick meal. Bye bye fast food burgers!
Food was ok, but wasnt ready until 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Dont bother trying to customize your order...the receipt will be right but somehow it gets lost in translation when it comes to actually making the sandwiches. The employees seem constantly confused and I've never seen one smile or seem to be having a good day.

We ordered our sandwiches, and I specifically asked for spicy mustard and cucumbers. My husband requested everything on his sandwich but only received meat and cheese—nothing else. It took an hour for our order to arrive, and we will likely not be returning.
The food was tasty but I asked for no onions and it was even on my receipt. Otherwise the food was good and I was in and out quickly as I was the only ordering customer in there at the moment. Would have been 5 stars if she just skipped the onion.
The Absolute Worst! Inexperienced employees bad quality of service food. I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my job done badly and then made me extremely sick. Never!

An online order was quickly fixed this afternoon during the lunch break. I was very grateful that they fixed my mistake by making a bottom plate on the fly!
