My last visit was very disappointing. I ordered online, paid, and got confirmation. I received a call from an employee stating that the toaster was broken. She said, we can do the sandwich, but the bread won 't be toasted. I told her ok and headed to pick up my order. I arrived, and they acted as if I didn 't have an order. The employee said our toaster is broken, so we can 't give you what you ordered, I was told they didn 't have the sandwich that I paid for, so I had to pick something else. I quickly picked something else and waited an additional 25 minutes for my rapid pick-up order. Terrible experience and no price adjustment after I paid for something that I couldn 't get.
Mixed Review here.To start, my turkey sandwich was amazing. Crisp bread, grilled onions and peppers and extra meat. Fabulous sandwich.The disappointing part was my wife who ordered a veggie sandwich got no cheese on her sandwich. They just left it off. That’s like leaving turkey off of a turkey sandwich. Very disappointing. Kind of tough to fill up without any protein.
Food was great.They had some girls behind the counter not in uniform giggling and talking loudly. The same girls come out and start talking about how nasty the ice machine is. We are sitting right by the drink machine. Very unprofessional.
Always forget the pickle at least with my sandwich EVERYTIME and the tomatos are not fresh and barely receive any lettuce its like scraping what you have ? to complete the ?
