I love this Firehouse Subs. They always make my orders exactly to my specification and have never made an error. That being said, I order from them through Doordash because it is difficult for me to leave the house. This firehouse tends to turn off their orders through Doordash at like 5PM or around then and it is really frustrating as they are actually open until 9PM. I called the business and they told me they do that when they are understaffed, but I find that response to be lackluster. I can 't imagine a volume of dinner rush at a sandwich place somehow preventing them from taking a few more orders. Please reconsider this policy and take my money! Excellent customer service at Firehouse Subs Tucker! I arrived at 9:01 pm, not realizing they close at 9 pm. I expected to be turned away, but Eugene and Demetri were incredibly friendly and didn’t mind preparing my last sandwich. They also patiently helped me understand how to use my reward points. I ordered the fully loaded Engineer, and it was absolutely delicious!
Update: Big thanks to McKinzey! I told her I had lost my earpiece during my visit, and she promised to look for it and call me if she found it. She did find it and reached out to me. I truly appreciated her kindness. The Firehouse Subs Tucker menu continues to impress both in taste and service!
I have had some very distasteful interactions with rude staff in the past but after boycotting this location for 2 plus years and I find it still a dying location. The People are some nicer but it took 40 minutes make a sub with only 2 people ahead of me and you can't order on the app at this location. Don't waste your time. Iordered it to go and the guy forgot a bag and got bac and had to eat supe without a spoon. Also I ordered the sub fully involved as they call it and they only added myo no lettuce no tomato no mustard. Completely unsatisfied. This will be my last visit ever here.
I have been eating Firehouse Subs for years. Today I ordered a meatball sub with potato chips and a fountain drink via DoorDash. The delivery was quick and no contact was respected. The meatballs are bigger than most places and quite tasty. The cheese was melted just right and the roll had an excellent chew to it. Enjoyed the sandwich and the fountain drink. I was quite disappointed that the chips I ordered and paid for were NOT in the bag.

I’ve always had great experiences with Firehouse Subs until today. I ordered an Engineer sub with extra mushrooms, a cookie, and BBQ chips through Uber Eats. Instead, I got the wrong chips, a stale cookie, and a disappointing sub. The bread was burnt, the mushrooms tasted off, and the sandwich had no deli mustard, feeling like it was carelessly assembled.
I was disappointed with an order back in February, but I feel compelled to update my review since my last two orders went perfectly. Today, my online order was ready for me when I arrived, and I was even early! My unusual order was delicious and just right. The man at the register was incredibly friendly as well.

Me and my boyfriend ate here for lunch today and unfortunately our stomach are very upset. We had two totally different sandwiches. Not sure what this was about but very disappointed.
