I placed an order via the mobile app the day before so my coworker could pick it up for me. Unfortunately, he forgot to grab it, and by the time he returned, it was nearly closing time. I tried calling to inform them that I was on my way, but no one answered, so I ended up missing out on my sandwich. I then reached out to the store through the contact feature on their website, and they called me back first thing the next morning. They kindly offered to prepare my order for that evening at no charge. When I arrived at the store, they were very understanding and made sure everything was taken care of. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly. Great job, everyone!

OK, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I get it. The food here is good, it's Firehouse so it's not a big New York deli, but it's WAY better than any subway. What makes this one special though, is the people. They are very friendly and thoughtful. They care about your dining experience and they even remember my name even though I've only been in there a few times. When fast food seems pretty much all the same, I'll go to where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouse location is really that awesome!
I had a really disappointing experience at this Firehouse Subs location, which is surprising since it's one of my favorite franchises. The customer service was poor, the staff seemed confrontational, and the shift leader even had pet hair on his apron. I was in North Charleston for military training, and although I appreciate the convenience of this location, I would much rather drive to another Firehouse Subs than return here.

I had one of my worst experiences at this Firehouse location. Firehouse is one of my favorite chains, so I was really let down. The customer service was subpar, the staff were unfriendly, and my main dish even had animal hair on the apron. Although I was in North Charleston for military training, I definitely won’t be coming back to this spot; I'd prefer to drive to a different Firehouse instead.
I highly recommend this restaurant! I place orders through the app every couple of weeks, and Russell and his team consistently provide a fantastic experience. The orders are always accurate and delicious, ready exactly when promised. What truly makes a difference is the polite and cheerful customer service, which leaves you feeling wonderful every time you visit.
This is a great spot for outdoor dining! The farm itself is beautiful, offering plenty of space beneath a magnificent old oak tree. I really enjoyed the soft breeze that rustled through the Spanish moss. Although the street outside can get a bit noisy at times, this sandwich shop is definitely worth it for a quick refreshing escape.
The staff, all of whom were women, seemed more interested in a male customer who either was dating one of them, had recently broken up with her, or was attempting to date her. Meanwhile, the young woman at the register was more preoccupied with her conversation about my order than with actually taking it.

My first time at this fire house sub. The food and staff were excellent! They greeted me with a smile as I came in the door. They made sure my order was correct and greeted me as I left. I will visit again.
