To start off, the food here is insanely good and the beer selection is quite long. I've mostly sampled the sandwiches (Nashville hot chicken and a couple burgers) and everything was cooked incredibly well. Chicken was super juicy, the sauce was intensely flavorful, and it was still short enough to eat without a fork. Couple that with a side of beautifully cooked fries and you've got yourself a winner. I'd be pretty confident ordering any pub classic here. The ambience is the only reason this gets 4 stars not 5. The service is quick and efficient, but I wouldn't call it friendly. Add in a blue lives matter flag (I'm looking for a good beer not a political statement) and you've got the Firkin...
