First time at First Watch. I tried to get there, but I just didn't have the time. I had the opportunity to work the street today and immediately knew what was for breakfast. Hostess and servers were very friendly and sweet and the food was EXCELLENT!! It met my expectations! I have the lemons Ricotta pancakes with strawberries, the millions of dollars bacon and pork sausage links. The syrup even came out warm! I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu! THE SERVICE WAS 5 STARS PLUS! Antonio was our server and he was just such a pleasure! Great interaction from his conversation that came to his attention with our order. This guy did everything from Hostess, Server to check us at the checkout and NIE skipped a beat! He even had time to thank you at the check. The food was good and I couldn't believe it's been here for six years and that was my first visit. I?d like to first start off by saying our waitress and the manager were very nice and accommodating. However the wait was ridiculous! We thought we were checking in online but we were actually just jumping the line of walk-ins if that makes sense. Ittook us about 2 hours to finally eat. The food was cold and/or uncooked. They also ran out of food after we had placed ourorder. The kitchen seemed to be chaotic. What really put the cherry on top was the gentleman with the braids walking away afterhe swiped our card. Never gave us a receipt or even said more than 2 words to us. Just walked away straight back to the kitchenand never came back. Like what ?? He was so rude and unprofessional.
The staff was very professional, kind, and smiled(which goes a long way) the food was amazing! The Purple Haze drink was absolutely amazing!! Our waitress Kelly was the best ever! She initially told us that they were under staffed and it may takesome time but however she made us feel supper comfortable and our food actually came out to our table pretty quickly. She hadseveral tables but yet still managed to make sure we were happy and WE WERE!

Always love this place. Love their seasonal menu too, today we got the caramel crunch cinnamon roll that is swimming in caramel sauce ???? and 2 entrees from their fall menu???? I personally do not recommend the brisket entree from their fall menu. We hadit and it mostly had potatoes, and there?s barely even a brisket (if you can find it). I would personally not reorder that dish.Drinks are good and refreshing.
Excellent breakfast. Came fast and fresh, even the eggs were good delivered. Everything was cooked perfectly. Coffee is good as well, sometimes breakfast places/diners have bad coffee. Came with everything you could need on the side. Potatoes are delicious. Waffle topping tasted fresh and not processed. Will definitely eat here again!
For the first time at First Watch today. We drove around looking for a breakfast place and ended up here. It was a great experience. Delicious food and attentive and friendly service. You will receive a large amount of quality food for the price you pay for it. Will definitely be back here.
Our server Kelly was great! Very attentive, kind, and apologetic. However, the food not so much. Grits were dry and very gritty, omelet was cold upon serving, ham gruyere cheese had a small piece of cheese and no flavor. Very disappointing to say theleast.

Wonderful atmosphere... Fresh eggs, freshly squeezed juices and my waffle was light and crispy. Only complaint was that my friend didn't have enough sausage. He has a sausage with his meal
