La spécialité est le "Steckerlfisch" sorte de truite, embrochée et grillé à merveille sur des braises. La peau est croustillante, la chair bien moëlleuse, un plat pour gourmands et gourmets, digne d'un grand restaurant.Il y a aucun prétexte valable pour manquer cette dégustation.
This is real German fish/beergarden deal. The house dish is BBQ trout on a stick. With it you order potato salad and a pretzel and of course a beer. Then let your tastebuds awaken : I should have taken a picture.
