I’m amazed on how consistent SFA is!! I visit this place at least 2x a month and have tried almost all of their sushi rolls. My favs: Holiday roll, Bomb bomb roll and protein roll. They give generous amount of fish and toppings (the rice doesn’t dominate the roll), and the salmon nigiri has 70% salmon and 30% rice (the salmon was so fatty and thick). Please do make a call reservation before visitting!
Since Covid everything is smaller, more expensive and you now have to pay for edamame. This is true everywhere but difference here was significant. I will still return however!
My wife and I have been somewhere around 40 times, if that tells you anything about how much we love this place!
