We decided to give the restaurant another chance and went in for a steakburger meal. Unfortunately, when we asked the Asian waitress about the chicken salt combos, she completely ignored us. It felt as though she didn’t hear us at all and just stared down at her notepad instead. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when we're expected to pay for it.
It’s disheartening because we were regulars who loved the food and service under the previous management. But now, we won’t be returning. They need to learn that respect is a two-way street if they want to keep their customers.
Dory was the size of a potato scallop not a full fillet, and had gooey flour on out side which had to be removed as inedible as it was under cooked. Total ripoff! The scallops also undercooked, crumb inedible. Potato scallops were frozen pre packed not fresh made and also undercooked. Gave the lot to our dogs. Waste of $28 never again. I had a wonderful experience with the takeout from this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the fish and chips were really enjoyable. I ordered it for lunch, and the price was very reasonable, falling between $1 to $20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. Highly recommended!
Absolutely disgusting. The calamari was rubbery. The fish tasted funny and when I got it home it had a strong smell to it. The chips were so salty that you couldn't eat them. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend them Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40
