After shopping at Carlsbad premium outlet we were looking for things to eat. After searching on Yelp, we decided to check this place out. We were glad we did. The New England Clam Chowder came out boiling hot. It was a little bit salty, New England Clam Chowder usually is salty anyway. The Fish of the day(Mahi Mahi) was good and the whit steamed rice was cooked perfect. I am surprised that a non Asian restaurant would cook rice so perfect. We came back here after a few years, but I'm just reviewing now. Ordered 5 poke salmon bowls for a family of 5 after craving for some healthy food after indulging greasy unhealthy foods at San Diego County Fair. My kids wanted to bring home their leftovers, even its only rice and some veggies left. They love everything fish (including raw fish in sushi), and this definitely made it a place to eat at again and again. They even exclaimed to eat here at each Legoland visit. I have to try the other items from the menu next time. The only suggestion is to offer a wild-caught salmon. Currently, it is only farmed.

This restaurant has the best clam chowder, along with delicious bread, fish and chips, shrimp, coleslaw, and sauces that really satisfied our cravings. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was excellent. As visitors from out of town, we definitely plan to return before heading home! Our bellies are happy tonight. They also offer a nice kids' menu with generous portion sizes.
The fish and chips were delicious and reasonably priced. The Po' Boy sandwich was just average; the bread was a bit too dense, and the sandwich itself was dry with not enough shrimp. However, the poke was excellent, though it didn't have many ingredients, but there were several sauce options available. We’ll definitely return. Overall, food rating: 4/5.
I absolutely love this place! I ordered the salmon bowl, and it was fantastic. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were incredible. Sana is an outstanding employee and really enhances the overall experience. Fish District consistently delivers great quality, and this visit was no exception! Food: 5/5
Tried the poke and chips, the combo box and a cup of New England clam chowder. All of it was delicious. Their ship cocktail sauce was the best I’ve had and their chowder was the best I’ve had on the west coast. The clams tasted fresh and smoke.I will be coming back. Chef’s kiss ?

This place is sooooo good! The best fish tacos I've found so far. I get the battered cod and the Mahi blackened tacos. The poke stack is also amazing! Lots of sauces to go with it!
