Fish N' Tails Oyster

Went here for a friend 's birthday dinner. First time my wife and I have been here. They had a live banda , playing. Quite a bit too loud, it made ordering difficult. There was a 15% gratuity charge added to our bill (just my wife and I). They said it was because our party had more than 6 people. I would u deratand if we had a server, but that wasn 't the case. We ordered at the front, and got our own drinks. They brought our food to us, but that was the extent. So I paid $8 for me to do all the work. My wife got the seafood combo platter, I got the fried chicken. The chicken was dry, and the fries were soft. My wife said the seafood platter was mediocre at best. My bill was just over $75.00...

This was our first time at fish and tails, and to tell you it was amazing isn't enough. They have a great system as far as how well the whole team works together so that your food comes out fresh and to your table immediately after its been cooked. We will be back many times in the near future and definitely spread the work. I definitely love the efficiency and process when it comes to them taking your order and getting payment first. It cuts out the loss for the restaurant to lose out on any money. No one will ever walk out without paying, which is very possible due to the location of the restaurant. Unassuming place on 75 serving the typical mix of fried, grilled and boiled seafood items in a counter-serve format. The quality of the food here is pretty decent, but the portion sizes are quite a bit smaller than those offered at similar restaurants. I also wasn’t a big fan of the sauce offering, expecting a more traditional cocktail/tartar pairing. The atmosphere also doesn’t quite match that of the competition. Service isn’t overly friendly, but they get the job done without complaint. A decent choice, if you are in the area, but I think there are better offerings around.

Amazing oysters on the half shell. I come here every time I’m in town just for the oysters. Other food is good too but the oysters keep me coming back. Good service in a comfortable anyone is welcome atmosphere.Food: 5/5

First time here. Great customer service. Food came out fast. Hot and fresh. The food and drinks tasted good. Must try
