4.5 stars. Thoroughly enjoyed every single thing in this visit, everything was so delish and so fresh. We opted for a whole Maine lobster $29), a dozen oysters $41) and a crown city cioppino $35) to share. Crown city cioppino: Really good! We honestly loved the cioppino there, the broth was flavorful but not overly salty. And, the fish in the soup was so delish, they were tender and buttery. This dish reminds me of bouillabaisse that we had in Southern France, probably one of the best we have had. Maine lobster: It was delicate, tender, and sweet. It was served w/ cocktail sauce and grated horseradish, but I didn't think that it paired well w the lobster meat. A bit too overpowering in my op...

Tried the fish n chips and the clam chowder. Both were very delicious, but it was probably the best clam chowder I've had. The clam chowder was very fragrant and the broth had a good balance of saltiness and flavor. It included real clam shells which looked quite nice. The vegetables were not overcooked and nothing was overly chewy. Fish n chips were very meaty with a thin, crispy batter that was full of flavor. The French fries were thick cut and quite plentiful. Satisfying crunch with a fluffy interior and perfectly seasoned. Wish I had taken pictures, but I wanted to eat right away. Would come back for those items alone. Service was pretty standard and unremarkable. Food came out approxim...

4.5 food4 service4 ambienceWe are glad that we found this gem in Old Town Pasadena. The food was very good but of the dishes the chowder and crab Louie salad were the best. On the salad, the deviled eggs were a nice touch and the asparagus gave it a nice crunch. The dressing was good but the crab was excellent. I didn't try the oysters because I don't eat them, but I heard they were excellent ordered 6 different varieties. I ordered the Lobster roll but thought the flavor and the French fries were OK.The server didn't check on us much. We saw her when we ordered and when we paid the check. I had to ask for more water. The restaurant is small and parking may be hard to find. We were fortunate...

Fresh seafood, perfectly cooked. We ordered the steamer basket, fried oyster on Deviled Eggs, Fresh dozen Oysters. Really loved the fried oyster in deviled eggs. Steamer basket was really good and fresh. Service was fast. I would have appreciated it though if the server explained which oysters are on the plate. The place has a marine there and minimalist look. Outside patio has a couple of picnic type tables. Parking building structure nearbyAccess ground floor Book a table now

The maximum and the cheese is worth it! The French Pommes are incredible. They are thick cut and crispy with garlic seasoning. It is a standard side with the lobster roll and of course the fish and chips. The oyster sampler is fun if you have no reference to the various oysters they have. The service could be better. Things came out of order and our oyster plate was forgotten until we had finished our food halfway.

Not a fancy place but excellent quality seafood. Service is prompt. Even on Mother's Day the kitchen kept track and the service stayed sharp. Had there fresh oysters (briny wonders) and their selection from the raw bar. When there are no sauces to hide behind the fish better be fresh and it was. A gem off the main drag of old town. Parking best in one of the structures found on Fair Oaks or Union.

Wonderful spot in Old Pasadena. This seafood is very fresh and the dishes are really great. My favorite would be the crab rolls as well as the crab Louie salad. I have also had the sushi flight which is three hand-rolled rolls. This is a great appetizer to share. The deviled eggs are great too. If you're in the area and are craving fresh seafood, this is the place to go.

Great choice for seafood here. Small restaurant so recommend making a reservation. The sashimi platter was pretty standard. The fish seafood sampler tasted fresh. The Peruvian scallops were great!Crab cake and lobster roll were tasty as well! Lots of crab and lobster. The fries that came with the lobster roll were nicely crispy. Book a table now

Hands down my favorite seafood restaurant in Pasadena! You must get the Kumamoto Oysters and Peruvian Scallops! The lobster roll will beat out any in LA and their fish chips are pretty bomb too! Do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant!Food: 5/5
