Fiskardo - Table reservation

I was supposed to attend a friend's wedding at this restaurant on Friday, August 18th. The reservation had been made over six months ago and a deposit had been paid. However, when my wife and the bride-to-be went to submit the seating plan on August 11th, they were informed that the previously agreed upon price had increased by 40%. While I understand that prices can fluctuate due to ingredients and costs, it was disappointing that the restaurant had not reached out to the bride-to-be in the months leading up to the event. We dined here to celebrate my mother's birthday and the entire experience was outstanding. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and they were very flexible and accommodating. The Kleftiko (slow-cooked lamb) was incredibly tender and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant has a fantastic location with a view of Fairlop waters. This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it.

first point of call the hygiene rating was 2 and needs improving shame as the location is great and on past visits (before the rating tumbled) the food was tasty. Come on guys pull your socks up and get this restaurant back to the level it should be.

We all had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was beautiful with a lovely view. I would highly recommend this place as the food was delicious and well worth the price.

What a pleasant surprise to find Fiskardo at our old boating lake, which now makes it an even more special place! A well placed Greek restaurant with generous portions to satisfy the hungry traveller. Keep it up guys!
