This is my second visit to this particular Five Guys, and unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The cashier struggled to understand me, which made the ordering process frustrating. It was disheartening to be polite while feeling dismissed. I also overheard him mumbling about me, which was both rude and unnecessary. When my order arrived, it was clear that there was little care taken in packing it; the fries ended up scattered all over the bag instead of neatly contained. It's experiences like this that remind me why I don't frequent this place anymore—rude staff and poor food preparation make it hard to enjoy the meal.
I usually love Five Guys, but this was the worst, most undercooked burger I've ever had. There were only two employees working, and they seemed completely uninterested in preparing my order. The burger was severely undercooked and poorly made. This is by far the worst-tasting Five Guys burger I've ever experienced. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
Five Guys is fantastic! The burgers and fries are consistently excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've noticed that meal prices have increased since I first discovered Five Guys around 2008, but honestly, what hasn't? To offset the cost, I usually order a small fries and add an extra slice of cheese to my little burger.
This is likely my fourth visit to this restaurant. I've dined in twice and ordered online twice. The food is always freshly made to order, and the staff are consistently patient and welcoming.

It has been a while since I last went here, but I wasn't disappointed. Hot and juicy double cheese burger. The fries were hot and a bit greasy once salted great compliment to the burger.
Another location visited and was up to par like most other locations. Good shakes, burgers and fries were good.
The double cheeseburger I ordered was somewhat dull and soggy, but the fries never fail to be outstanding!
They added mayo to my burger, but not to the one that was specifically requested to have it.
