This was a failed experience from hello. My wife and I came in excited to try the This grilled cheese burger that I saw on TikTok. The cashier immediately was rude and called a co worker over to hear us repeat the order again but I wasn?t let in onthe joke. The food was not good. The soda pop machine was trash everything in it was flat tasting. The fries were first wayover salted. Then when we returned them they next batch was under cooked. And to top it all off The people working there ,except for the manager, were terrible. I have probably written a bad review two or three times in my 44 years of life. As the food was good the atmosphere made the experience extremely uncomfortable to the point where we had to leave. My family and I went to try the new trend (grilled cheese sandwich). The kids were so excited and the plan was to eat in. As soon as wewalked in we noticed the temperature was cold. As if we were still outside (27°F). We ordered our food and tried to sit in anarea that was warmer but THERE WAS NONE. We even told them we wanted to eat it. Our food was packaged in bags and they thankedus for coming as if they were unaware of our decision to sit inside. The cold temperature plus the disregard for our sit inrequest; we decided to leave Seems like that was what they wanted anyway.
My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch while running errands. It had been a while since we'd been there. With 2 burgers, 1 shared order of fries and 1 Coke, our bill was $30+. For a few bucks more, we could have gone to Wildfire and had tableservice for our burgers. Five guy's was tasty, but probably will not be back for a while.
This has to be the best burger I have had in a while! Fresh ingredients make all the difference. The place was clean and the workers were helpful in explaining the choices to us. Free peanuts while you wait for your food and good seating. Great burgersand fries! Nice atmosphere, and I?m happy to give five stars to five guys workers.

My first visit was fantastic! The cheeseburgers and fries were amazing. I ordered a small size, but I got an enormous portion of fries, which I absolutely loved. It's a wonderful spot! Just make sure to bring enough cash!
The food is good here but the prices are too expensive there are better options if you're trying to get a good patty melt .. The first over this grilled cheeseburger is overrated it's good but it's not worth 15 bucks
The staff here are quite young, but they were very attentive and friendly! It was my first time at this restaurant, and I really enjoyed it. It's not often you find such great service from younger employees.
I've always liked 5 guys burgers fries, my first time at this location. The staff was helpful and respectful, food was great and I feel like I got what I payed for!

Never busy, but this could be due to the expensive prices. But you can't go wrong with these burgers. Packed with taste and the spiced pommes are so delicious.
The menu at Five Guys is fantastic, and the portions of fries are generous. I highly recommend dining there!
