Five Guys - Table reservation

I love me some Five Guys. Straight-up delicious burgers, perfect fries (make sure to put some malt vinegar on them in the bag and shake it up) and all the toppings you could want.And the staff here at the Athens/Oconee store are efficient and friendly.So why 3 stars?Because in the last 2 months or so the prices have crossed over from a little pricey, but worth it to This is a joke, right? Look, I get that things cost more, and you need to pay folks. But a cheeseburger (no fries or drink) at a quick service restaurant should not cost 11 dollars. My most recent trip saw a $40 bill for 2 people. Is that gonna break my budget? No. But for $40 we could eat at a full service chain restaurant, and...

This is solely based on the outrageous prices that are being charged. I do not know if individual locations set their own prices or if corporate sets them. This week I ordered a cheeseburger, small fry, and small drink...$22. I do love FiveGuys, but I will not return until prices come way down.

Love the burgers, yes I do. And the pile of fries cannot be beat. Peanuts too. All in all good custom burger place. Pricey though $17 for burger, fries and drink, so I cannot visit them often.

First off, I will say that the fries are delicious, however I've always found the burgers to be over cooked and rather expensive but my kid was craving the veggie grilled cheese, so we went.

$15 for a hamburger and a coke no french fries and I couldn't distinguish any of the taste other than the texture of the bread
