My daughter and I decided to eat at the Five Guys restaurant on Sepulveda in El Segundo. As expected, our initial order was quite expensive. I also placed a couple of to-go orders, and I noticed the cashier was looking closely at my receipt, which made me wonder if he was checking for a tip. When we got home with our food, we found that the buns on the burgers were totally soggy, almost as if they had been soaked intentionally. Just so you know, I tipped 20% on the first order but couldn’t afford to leave a tip on the second one. Am I in the wrong here?
I was intrigued by Five Guys on the mainland. While there isn’t much difference between Korean and American burgers, I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the lack of long lines, unlike in Korea. There was a wide variety of drinks available, allowing me to sample them little by little. I think it would be great to introduce beverage machines in Korea as well. Unfortunately, the drinks lacked flavor and fizz; they just didn’t have that refreshing carbonation I was hoping for.
No matter where I go, Five Guys consistently provides top-notch quality every time. Their ingredients are fresh, prepared right after you place your order. You really can't go wrong here. And if you're in the mood to treat yourself, their milkshakes are definitely worth a try!

The food was the same burnt hot dogs ,are the best. I wish they had chili. The prices have changed a lot. Service was nice and fast.
