Use the app if you can. Food is good but takes up to 15 min. Order long before you plan to arrive. Staff is atypically friendly and courteous for Balto. One guy in particular looks like Popeye and seems like he'll push your teeth to the back of your head but he's actually super sweet.
Staff was helpful when ordering. Short wait time was great. The Double Bacon Cheeseburger was pricey, but enjoyable! Tried the Cajun Fries for the first time and thought they were a nice change! Never leave without the complimentary peanuts

Had cheeseburgers the meat itself was juciey but I don't know why companies think we want quality meats with no seasoning on them I shouldn't have to fix up a $12 burger period never again. Book a table now
Apparently they have new owners and they no longer top off the fries. $4.29 for a tiny fry, no thanks. I will now go to the store in Merritt Blvd where they appreciate their customers.
Five Guys make awesome burgers! They are very accommodating with my gluten allergy, as you can order your burger in a bowl or wrapped in lettuce.
