Extremely disappointing service! This isn’t my first visit, but it will definitely be my last! First of all, I dislike the requirement to order two patties. I’m not a big eater, and one patty is usually enough for me when I order a cheeseburger. With Five Guys’ new policy of automatically making it two patties, it feels like they’re just trying to make more money rather than catering to what customers actually want. Today, my meal—consisting of a large drink, a cheeseburger, and a hamburger—cost about $30. That’s just ridiculous! The service was poor as well. There were six young staff members hanging around who didn’t seem too busy, yet when I ordered my meal, they forgot to give me a cup...
