Came here on a Friday night with my family. It wasn't busy at all. Our cashier was very nice and friendly and promptly took our order. The food was ready in about 10 minutes from placing our order. It was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. Which I was surprised because I had a bad experience with a five guys maybe like 9 years ago and I hadn't gone back. But they've changed a lot since then and it was delish. The staff here is very young but pleasant. There is a woman here who I believe is management. I currently have a mild addiction to Five Guys fries. I blame my foodie partner in crime. I have gone to this location for 3 days in a row. The fries never disappoint. I love that they're hot, fresh and crispy. While I'm a huge fan of the fries, the burgers and hotdogs, not so much. Yeah, I'm a In n Out girl at heart.But I'm gonna keep coming back to satisfy my fry craving. Plus, the staff at this location are so nice. I decided to give this place another chance to see if i could rate it differently and to see if the experience would improved this time. I've never been this upset about buying a burger. 14$ for a bacon cheeseburger with no fries and drink included is insane. The burger was bland and tasted very similar to what I would make at home, what a huge disappointment. After retrying this place to be sure to give it another chance, I won't get 5 Guys ever again. No place should ever charge these prices for a single burger.
the first time at this location slower service for a small cheeseburger and fries, received a little speck burger without cheese and extremely salty frits. No one else had ordered before me, so not sure how they got such a small and simple order wrong. workers taking my job, they didn't seem to want to be there. admittance should not be stars, but 1 star deserves for the employee who gave me my order, since she was at least kind as to how to be.

This is the best fast food place I honestly never been here before this is my first time. A friend of mine took me here. And I think I'm in love with this place. They make the best food you can customize your food. Add different stuff to your food. They have the best customer service. And its also really clean inside, if you are looking for a quick bite to eat or take your your girl or maybe your family this would be the best place 5* rating
I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. It used to be good, but now they are being cheap. A burger and fries for $22 should come with a full order of fries, but on my last two visits, the fry cup was only half full. It's best to avoid this location.
The burger was fine, but I had to wait 45 minutes and then they tried to overcharge me. Quite an interesting take on customer service.
Expensive but the food is good. A little greasy is why I didn't give it 5 stars otherwise it was good.
