In the restaurant we got our food in time (the two stars they deserved). The interior of the restaurant floor was dirty. Each individual garbage could be filled at the point of the overflow. How to complete their culinary experience? Hands thrown in bad overflow garbage? The policy I believe in: if you can do the simple things in sight... what really important things are not done behind the scenes? Someone got ahold of my Five Guys account (highly secure, specific password, so must have been a breach). I live in MO and they placed an order for this location. I called this store upon receiving the order confirmation in my email and asked them to cancel (order had not been sent for delivery yet) the order and refund me. The manager refused to refund me and told me to talk to my bank. My bank wants me to replace the card, even though it?s not a card issue, but a Five Guys account issue. I wish Five Guys had customer service that matched their food.
This location does not take the security of its customers seriously. I watched an employee who drags her hands into the peanut box and then eats them with NO gloves. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he replied, 's from the clock, as if it was okay. I explained how we are still in COVID times, so gloves and a bucket ALWAYS should be needed. He cleaned me like it was important. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I like the fresh homemade pommes, although they are expensive as well as $8 for a big one. They're crisp and just good. I'm not a fan of burgers, because the bread is often very sour and creepy. Another regular burger is $10.49, which is extremely high for fast food. Customer service was average, as people generally have transactional and indifference. The place was clean and clean.

Five Guys is the best burger within 10 miles of Bowie Town Center. Hands down. This visit was a standard Five Guys experience. Food service was timely and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately the scoop for the complimentary peanuts was missing.
I came for lunch the first time I?ve had Five Guys in a long time. Best fries I?ve ever had I think and my burger was excellent. The place is impeccably clean. I?ll be back, even though it?s gotten pricey. Very high quality.
They will not disappoint. Premium food for Premium price. Great fries. Great shakes. And Best Bacon cheeseburger with everything. Warning you will fall asleep after eating do not operate heavy machinery or try and drive lol
Good food. Cashier attendant. Lacking but trying I suppose. Guy serving food is better. But threw a perfectly good oreo shake in the trash. If he would have asked me I would have taken it. Will recommend

I love the meat juices that flow down my throat. And they finally stopped skimping on the fries and give you that bonus scoop again. So good
