Five Guys - Table reservation

I placed my order through the app for pickup at the restaurant. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I had to approach the person at the register to let them know I was there for an order placed through the app. After waiting for over 20 minutes and seeing others who arrived after me receive their orders first, I went back to the register to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, my food still wasn't ready until the restaurant was nearly empty, when a worker finally asked me who I was. When I finally got home, the burger I received was lukewarm. Food has always been great. It’s starting to smell terrible inside now. They need to do something with their ventilation. It wasn’t like that before, I’ve been eating there since it opened. Now my coat smells terrible. It was more than one day that I had experienced this problem.

Sooooo good I ordered a cheese burger and a small fries everything was good my fries could have been a lil hotter tho they was pretty warm but that’s ok thanks

They are dishonest people. I asked them for a beef burger and they gave me a pork burger, knowing that I repeatedly assured them that I don't eat pork.
