Customer service is not dead! No business is perfect and mistakes happen, that is inevitable. To me, the important part is how these mistakes are handled by the staff. At this restaurant, the staff ensured that my issue was handled with care and consideration. From the shift supervisor (I believe his name was Carlos), to the store manager, Anne, all the way to the district Manager, James, everyone was thoughtful and professional. And yes, their food is always delicious as well!
Fun place to eat. French fries are the best of any fast food restaurant in my opinion. Not a lot of choices for chicken eater or vegetarian with mushroom allergies. If you have peanut allergy don?t go to this place. They also have roasted peanuts ????for free that you can eat while waiting for the order.

FIVE GUYS Fites are too huge for just one serving, so it is bigger enough to share whatever size. Your fries beat Fast Food Fries 2 to 1.
