This has to be the worst experience my family and I have had with a 5 Guys restaurant. I regret thinking that third time would be a charm. We’ve had three separate delivery orders, and each one has been messed up. The first order came without any fries. The second order had a small fry that was larger than the large fry we ordered. Plus, all three deliveries came in bags that weren’t sealed properly. When we called to inquire about the protocol, they admitted that the bags should be sealed but then shifted the blame to DoorDash, even though there were no stickers on any of the bags. It’s safe to say we won’t be ordering from them again.
This location wreaks of BAD MANAGEMENT. If you call ahead of time they'll treat the order like a joke and you'll wait longer than if just show up to order in person. I sat there for 20 mins watching them serve all the people that walked in after me. Saw them make one of my burgers and prep the other one just to let them sit there while they made/served 8 other burgers that were behind me in line. Absolute joke. I'm usually pretty understanding about fast food. But these guys are all clowns. Whoever manages this location should be replaced immediately.
Two of our grandkids wanted to eat lunch at Five Guys. So, we all met there. Grandkids were able to get a burger in lettuce wrap. My wife got a bunless burger, I had a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions. We shared a large fry. Wow, the food is fresh and exceptionally good!
It was our first time eating here and we didn't really know how it worked. The gentleman explained everything to us, amazing and fast service, the food is delicious. Maybe a little expensive for a fast food restaurant!

Wow!! I've never been to five guys with such a big welcome. The workers were so friendly and always smiling. Best service ever I got from five guys. The food was great too. Burgers and fries are delicious.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is fantastic, especially the fries. The staff is always cheerful, and the portion sizes are generous for a reasonable price. It's one of our favorite spots!
Everything here is good. The food is fresh and mouthwatering. The staff are nice and helpful. The atmosphere is old timey and cool. This is a good restaurant to try.
Stopped in a few weeks ago and there was a celebrity call out on the board! Way to go JD!
