Would give more stars but the way customers and employees are treated here is horrible. Walked in, placed my order and a tall blonde lady took my order super rudely and then basically through my change at me. She went over the the line, started throwingstuff and talking to the 2 other employees like they were trash. Then proceeded to tell the 2 male gentleman that If theyweren?t there by 10am on Saturday that they were cut and she didn?t care. Then started yelling at them becuase they were workingto slow. My family ordered burgers online this evening, very disappointed. Never have we experienced such small and dry burgers. My husband had a double with lots of topping, his lettuce tomatoes were missing, his burger was like a kids happy meal burger dry. My daughter had a bacon cheeseburger which had one piece of bacon, dry and again the size of a happy meal burger. This wasa waste of money. Will not be returning to this location.
I placed my order online, and everything was ready when I got there, except for the fries, which they make fresh upon your arrival to ensure they’re hot. They do the same for shakes as well. Just a heads up: make sure to inform them when you arrive since they don’t call out names for online orders.
This was my first time time buying food at this particular location and I must say that the young lady at the register was pleasant but my order was not made correctly and when I addressed the issue the cooks they still couldn?t get it right. It wasan annoying experience needless to say!

I've never had a bad experience at Five Guys. The burger and toppings are always fresh, and the fries come straight from the fryer into the bag. Great job as always. The Five Guys menu consistently delivers quality and freshness.
Haven't been to a 5 Guys in a while and never to this location. Staff was great that I interacted with. Foos came fast tasted great. Only real down size is the cost. not an inexpensive place to eat
