Great absolutely great. The staff were so nice the two people who stood out for me were the cashier and the manager guy. He was so kind and asked me if i needed any condiments and the lady at the register was kind and efficient when I was asking about sandwiches and wanted her opinion. She gave me the best advice according to her judgment. The food is amazing it's fresh and the fries were so good I think the fry's we're fresher than any other fast food restaurants. I'm very happy.
The cashier Lessep at the front was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. You can tell he loves his job and cares for the general public. Everyone that ordered after me were visibly cheered up by his pleasant and friendly behavior, and I think he should be recognized for outstanding customer service. The meal was absolutely delicious and exactly what I had been craving! The burger was cooked perfectly, and when my delivery driver requested certain sauces, they were actually included in the order! I would give this location a perfect 10/10 rating. After a disappointing experience at a restaurant in West Hartford, I was thrilled to receive such fantastic food today!
Exceptional quality burgers! Service was super than most chains, as the food is cooked only on order. The sofa dispensers we're miscalibrated and didn't have sufficient flavor, which was odd. Truthfully, $40 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks, and an order of fries is steep, but each burger is a double, and they're normally about 900 calories each, before adding anything. Book a table now
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is always excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, making it a great place for a pleasant meal and good conversation that you can actually hear. I highly recommend trying their burgers, which come with delicious Cajun fries. And the best part - they always offer complimentary peanuts!
Always good. Service super fast. Manager, I think his name is Andy, was super professional. Food fresh every time. Sounds corny, but the cooks all seem to work as if they know what everyone around them is doing. Plan on going back at least once a month
Have never had a complaint for five guys. Always good, fresh food, great service, love the peanuts lol, love the milkshakes. And I love the bunless option because my daughter never eats her burger on a bun
Tried peanut butter with salted caramel milkshake! Wow, what a combo! Had a hot dog that was great, especially with extra pickles. Fries were hot and yummy! Definitely a great lunch! Book a table now
