I ate at Flames Bar and Grill for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. The food was amazing, the T-bone steak for 1 and the steak sauce were delightful. I had some chicken martini and WOW is all I can say. The best chicken martini I’ve ever eaten in my life. The hostess/servers were all so welcoming, made me feel like my I was appreciated. The number one priority that the staff had was to make sure everything was great which I loved. The manager even showed us the wine cellar which is for the private parties they have. The wine cellar looked luxurious. Overall, everything was amazing and the place was beautiful. I will definitely be coming back very soon!!!
The venue is lovely. Chairs are very comfortable. The server was attentive and friendly. The menu was filled with many nice options even if you don't want steak. The food was brought out on warm plates. Serving sizes of appetizers were generous. The lobster was tender and delicious. The steak was cooked just as we like it. The quality of the food was very good so seasonings were mild. There was no need to overseason. The music was played at a good level. The two things I would change are the musical choices and the large size of the fried calamari. They were still delicious though. Everything else was perfect! We would go back again.

The food was excellent. Service was inattentive… one dish was supposed to be grilled/submitted as broiled and when brought to their attention there was no effort made to correct the mistake It took an excessive amount of time to take a drink order. Dinner was almost 3 hours on a weekday and the restaurant was not busy.

Flames Bar&Grill is outstanding. We entered the place with a very warm welcome from the staff. We got seated with a big smile and the experience just got better. The food was absolutely delicious. You cannot get better steaks than at Flames. I cannot wait to be back. Thank you for an absolutely amazing night.
The steak was cooked to perfection and easily one of the best I’ve ever had—better than Peter Luger! I’ve tried most of the steakhouses in NYC, and this one surpassed them all. The creamed spinach and mushrooms were also superb, and the service was outstanding. Even the choice of music was fantastic!
Food and service were acceptable if not stellar. However, everything was far overpriced. Most annoyingly, without any advanced warning, they charged extra for using a credit card. No decent restaurant expects to pay cash these day. Very disappointing.
We had the Porterhouse Steak preceded by the Grilled Canadian Bacon and the Fried Calamari excellent taste, very well prepared. The service was friendly and prompt and nicely low key and the ambience in the restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed my visit.
