As Alsatians, the torched pie is an essential dish of our culinary heritage. We discovered at Wattwiller this typical and renowned restaurant in a beautiful green screen. A service by a person attentive to the needs of the guests, in folklore, a covered terrace tastefully decorated, but above all torched pies perfect fine and crispy paste, dosage of the optimum varied trims. The mirabelle version that was flambéed in the season alone is worth a visit. The birthday candle was the cherry on the cake, or more exactly on the Flammekuche!
Nice little flame-cake restaurant. The selection is very large and there are sweet and also defensive flame cakes. We had ordered several and therefore have many different attempts. Everyone tasted very good! The hosts were really very friendly and cordial.
Just perfect! Smile welcoming to the plate, passing through the frame, we spend a very pleasant moment! Thank you for this lovely evening.
